Aditya advises technology companies and creative businesses on trademark and copyright protection, data protection compliance under Indonesia's PDP Law, and the digital regulation that increasingly touches every online business. He came to law from a background in software engineering, which lets him read a client's technical documentation as fluently as their contracts. He is currently advising several fintech clients on their transition to OJK's updated data governance requirements.
