Daniel Hutapea

Daniel handles the day-to-day reality of civil disputes — breach of contract claims, debt recovery, and the procedural detail that decides cases long before a judge reads the merits. He joined CPA Law Firm after completing his advocate training (PKPA) and clerking at the Jakarta District Court, an experience that shapes how he prepares every filing. He is currently completing a master's degree in civil procedure at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
